Sign up at www.electricirelandrewards.ie by clicking “Register to get started.” You will need your account number (found on an Electric Ireland bill), and relevant information such as name, email address, and phone number.
NOTE: Your rewards account is separate to your online billing account.
Click on the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page. Enter the email you registered with, and you will receive an email immediately allowing you to reset your password. If you do not know what email account you registered with, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org with your account number to retrieve it.

Once you have chosen an offer you wish to redeem, ensure to read the Terms and Conditions for information on how to claim your offer, expiry dates, redemption limits, etc.
Then simply click on the “REDEEM NOW” button to claim your reward. Some rewards may require you to print your voucher for it to be valid.
Customers can redeem as many different rewards offers as they wish, but each individual offer has a redemption limit. For example, you may enter multiple different competitions, but may only be allowed to enter each separate competition once.
Once you redeem a voucher on www.electricirelandrewards.ie, we will send you confirmation via SMS. Your voucher will be automatically applied to your meter. If you have further questions about Pay As You Go, contact 1800 30 50 90.
Once you are logged in you can change your details on the 'Edit My Details' section of www.electricirelandrewards.ie. You can change your email, password, mobile number, electricity or gas account number, and your SuperValu Real Rewards card, as well as link another Electric Ireland account.
In order to de-register from the programme you must contact the Electric Ireland Rewards Team at: email@example.com. NOTE: you will be automatically de-registered if you cease to be an Electric Ireland customer.
Electric Ireland may, however, use the personal details supplied to:
a. Help manage and administer customer accounts
b. Understand our members' habits
c. Provide members with tailored offers by email, SMS or post
Electric Ireland may also use this data to promote offers from our partners that we feel may be suitable to customers.

The new offer is a simpler way to save, removing the requirement to save up points and convert Money Back vouchers. The new offer is brought to you as a free benefit by Electric Ireland and SuperValu to guarantee savings on your bills, just by shopping at SuperValu.
Simply shop in SuperValu in a two-month period and you will receive a voucher, containing a 9-digit code which will appear on your Real Rewards app/ website. This code should then be used on the Electric Ireland Rewards website www.electricirelandrewards.ie to redeem your €5 voucher. Once redeemed, you will get €5 off your next Electric Ireland bill. You must have the SuperValu Real Rewards app to avail of your voucher.
If you currently have an Electric Ireland voucher on your Real Rewards account, you will need to redeem it on the Electric Ireland Rewards website before 31st July 2022. After this date, the vouchers will expire (as per the date on the actual voucher)/p>
You will stop earning points from 19th May 2022, any points earned before this will be transferred over to your Real Rewards account. If you are a new member and you linked your Electric Ireland account before 5th May 2022, you should have received welcome points on or before the 19th of May.
If you have two accounts, one for Electricity and one for Gas, you will be eligible for two €5 vouchers every two months provided you have added both accounts to your Electric Ireland Rewards account as well as linked your SuperValu Real Rewards card. If you only have one account linked, you will only be eligible for one €5 voucher every two months.
No, you do not need to take any action on your account. You will automatically move over to the new programme. The only requirement for the free €5 is to have shopped in SuperValu the previous 2 months. You do not need to convert any points; this is a free benefit.
If you’re opted into SuperValu marketing, you will receive a SuperValu app push and/or an email from SuperValu letting you know the voucher is there. If you are opted out of marketing, you’ll need to keep an eye out for the voucher on your Real Rewards app/ SuperValu website.
